Athenry Armoured Combat Training

This training is open to anyone aged 18+, no previous experience is needed and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome.

There will be a training fee of €10 to cover the cost of the hall and equipment.
Training will be a mix of cardio and fitness, footwork for duels, posture for attack and defence, and there will be some sparring as well.
Wear comfortable training clothes and bring some water.
