DESCRIPTION:This training is open to anyone aged 18+\, no previous experience is needed and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome.\nTraining takes place in the Old hall in Upper Glanmire (the pre-school next to the big new hall).\nTraining costs €10. \nWear comfortable training clothes\, we will provide padded weapons\, shields and helmets.
