DESCRIPTION:After a few weeks off while we prepred for and attended the IMCF World Championships in Denmark we are back and ready to get stuck into training once more!\nThis training is open to anyone aged 18+\, no previous experience is needed and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome. \nThere will be a training fee of €10 to cover the cost of the hall and equipment.\nTraining will be a mix of cardio and fitness\, footwork for duels\, posture for attack and defence\, and there will be some sparring as well.\nWear comfortable training clothes and bring some water. \n\n\n	Related\n
