DESCRIPTION:We  are back at Manulla Community Centre for proper traning session!\nThis training is open to anyone aged 18+\, no previous experience is needed and all are welcome.\nAll you need is comfortable training clothes\, we will provide the rest! \nSoon we will post what exactly we are going to focuse on at this traning session.
