SUMMARY:National Training Session\, Club get-together and AGM
DESCRIPTION:We will be having a full 5-hour national training session followed by a club gathering of some form (food and drink will probably be involved)\, staying in the hostel within the community centre and then having our AGM the next day. \nThe training is open to anyone aged 18+\, no previous experience is needed and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome.\nAll you need is comfortable training clothes\, we will provide the rest!\nFor all those with armour please bring it\, we will using it. \nTraining will involve cardio and stamina work\, balance and footwork\, attack and defense with weapon and shield\, High Intensity Interval Training\, sparring with padded training weapons and helmets\, grappling and team combat.\nThere will be a fee of €10 for all attending.\nPLEASE SHARE AND INVITE ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED! \nIf you want to stay in the hostel book through here: http://ballymacarbry.com/facilities/hostel/ \n\n\n	Related\n
